It feels like it’s been so long since I’ve posted anything. Â In-between working on stuff for the Art Show (yes, I will have a booth in the Havre de Grace Art show August 16, 17, & 18 – mark your calendars!!) Â and doing a few custom jobs, our entire family got hit big time with a stomach virus. Â NOT fun, and I hope that we do not have to go through that again for a LONG time! Â Anyhoo, I wanted to share a few pieces at a time that I will have available at the Art Show. Â I know it’s still a couple months away, but it will take time to fill a booth! Â Have I mentioned how excited I am to be a part of it?!
So – here are the first couple of pieces!

This hutch is very solid & well made – has 3 shelves with grooves for plates on them, and a cabinet at the bottom. Â I painted it black, and then sanded the edges to distress it a little. Â The back is painted green, with a black glaze on top – & look at those cute new hand painted knobs I found at Pier 1! Â It measures 76 inches high 24 inches deep, and the face is 34 inches across.

This hutch has 8 drawers that all slide nicely. Â There are 2 plate grooves for display, and a little cabinet for storage. Â It measures 46″long x 16″deep x 56″ tall.

I went to my first “mud auction” yesterday in Lancaster County, PA. Â There are huge tents full of tools, furniture, crafts, you name it. Â They auction off hand-made Amish quilts, have trailers filled with plants, flowers, and shrubs.
I had a blast & rescued this little gem. Â My mom thought I was a bit crazy for bidding on it, but just wait till it’s done! Â It is screaming for my help, don’t you think?? Â I can’t wait to get rid of those pink diamonds – it’s going to be so cute!!
This dresser would be perfect for either a bedroom or as a great entertainment center/tv stand.
